03. Products & Descriptions
We sell a range of general merchandise through our online store. We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly represent the actual product. Minor variations in colour or finish are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

04. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed securely via Wix Payments, which accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.

We do not store your full card details. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified.

The statement descriptor on your bank or card statement will appear as Organic Systems.

05. Orders & Formation of Contract
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

You will receive:
An order acknowledgement email immediately after placing your order.
An order confirmation / dispatch notification email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you receive these communications. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

06. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom and worldwide, with some exceptions. Delivery timescales and costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Some products are sold on a pre-order basis and may not be shipped immediately. Please see product descriptions for information.

Estimated Delivery Times
UK Standard: 5–10 business days. International 10-15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events outside our control (see Section 10).

Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

Failed Deliveries & Lost Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or due to failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us at contact@organic-systems.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

International Orders & Customs
For international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in our pricing. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

07. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns Policy
If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this 14-day period by contacting us at contact@organic-systems.com.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and with any other promotional items that came within the package.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or the wrong order has arrived. Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.

If you are not a consumer based in the UK or EU, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are offered after order placement.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund (including the original standard delivery charge, if the order is cancelled withing 14 days of receiving the goods) to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds are processed via Wix Payments to your original card or payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@organic-systems.com with a description and photographs. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)
- Items that have had packaging removed, been used or are not in original condition
- Digital products or downloadable content

08. Fraudulent Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe them to be fraudulent, use false payment information, or illegal in any way.

Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government action. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the impact of the delay.

By placing an order, you consent to us processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy in order to fulfil your order, manage your account, and communicate with you about your purchase.
